I’m not a coach who tells you what to do.

I’m someone who’s been where you are — and found a way through , and will partner with you on your journey

My Story

I’ve worn many hats over the years: leader, parent, immigrant, financial advisor. Each one taught me something different about what it means to hold things together while quietly wondering if you’re heading in the right direction.

I know what it feels like to be ambitious and exhausted at the same time. To carry the weight of responsibility for others while searching for your own footing. To restart in a new country, a new career, a new chapter — and to feel both terrified and quietly excited by the blank page.

Those experiences didn’t just shape me personally. They shaped how I coach. I don’t work from a script. I work from genuine understanding of what it costs to be in transition — and what it feels like to finally come through the other side.

What I Believe

“When you are supported, informed, and confident, you are empowered. When you are empowered, you can build a life that feels both successful and genuinely fulfilling.”

That belief sits at the heart of everything I do. Whether you’re a student figuring out your direction, a professional navigating your next move, a new immigrant finding your place, or someone at the peak of their career asking “is this it?” — you deserve guidance that meets you exactly where you are.

What Makes This Different

Many coaches offer tools and frameworks. I do too — including the JDK philosophy, which draws on the ancient Indian wisdom of Jnana (self-knowledge), Dharma (aligned purpose), and Karma (conscious action). But frameworks alone don’t change lives.

What changes lives is having someone in your corner who:

  • Actually listens without judgment

  • Asks the questions you haven’t known how to ask yourself

  • Combines life experience with professional coaching practice

  • Helps you take practical steps, not just feel temporarily inspired

Who I Work With

My clients are as varied as the challenges they bring. What they have in common is a genuine desire to grow — and the self-awareness to know they’d move faster with support.

I work with:

  • Professionals navigating career transitions or leadership challenges

  • Immigrants finding their footing in a new country

  • Individuals rebuilding confidence in relationships or finances

  • Anyone at a crossroads who’s ready to stop waiting and start moving
